Simply clip one 3ML Sculpting Band onto each 3ML Sculpting Band Attachment Hole located on the front leg at the bottom of your unit (unit sold seperately). Using the 3ML Sculpting Band Attachments allows you to perform various exercises while straddling your machine.

With these Upper Body Sculpting Bands you are able to do:

Biceps curls
Shoulder lateral raises
Shoulder front raises
Triceps press pack
Upright row
Bent over row
